Red Velvet Roses Cakes - 40th Anniversary

Red Velvet Cake is definitely my all time favourite cake! I love to make them, just as much as I love to eat them..

These Red Velvet heart shape cakes with handmade fondant roses and edible rubies, were specially made for a 40th wedding anniversary so the red was very appropriate :)

Chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache, topped with strawberries in a chocolate caging..The red strawberries looked stunning against all the chocolate,wish I could've tucked into it myself...(as did my boys at home....)

Rickety Barn birthday cake!

I made this cake for my little boys 2nd birthday! His party was held on a farm, so it matched perfectly! It was a moist chocolate cake, with fondant and lindt chocolate on the barn and little fondant farm animals around it..and little swiss rolls for hay :)
