Strawberry Mousse & Cream Cake
Vanilla sponge with a Strawberry Mousse Centre and Cream frosting.
I loved making this cake, and the results were delicious. Each slice of cake has the exact same size square of Strawberry Mousse filling which looks stunning when serving guests.
